SMS program terms.

Program status

The SMS program is not active yet. We can record your choice on the website, but no promotional text messages are being sent and no number is enrolled for sending. A sending number and required provider approvals will be in place before the program is activated.

Messages and frequency

If you separately opt in and the program is activated, Mobile Gear Outlet may send recurring automated promotional text messages about product launches, deals and discounts to the number you provide, up to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choice

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, creating an account, contacting us or receiving a service. The checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize marketing texts. We save your choice, date, source and the version of the wording you saw.

STOP and HELP

When messages are active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also contact [email protected] or use our contact form now to withdraw consent, update a number or request assistance. A future STOP request may receive a single non-promotional confirmation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information and consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it to operate an authorized program. See our Privacy Policy for details.
